By accessing and using the services provided by Riches Academy Wealth, LLC (operating as Boss Mastermind), you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you may not access our services or website.

Boss Mastermind provides digital entrepreneurship training, coaching services, educational content, affiliate marketing guidance, and business development resources. Our services include but are not limited to:
- Online courses and educational materials
- One-on-one coaching and consulting
- Group coaching programs
- Digital downloads and resources
- Subscription-based content and training
3. User Responsibilities
Users agree to:

- Maintain the confidentiality of account credentials
- Use services in compliance with all applicable laws
- Respect intellectual property rights
- Not share, distribute, or resell proprietary content without written permission
4. Payment and Billing
Payment terms are established at the time of purchase. Subscription services will automatically renew unless cancelled prior to the renewal date. All prices are in U.S. dollars and may be subject to applicable taxes.
5. Refunds and Cancellations
Digital Products
Due to the immediate-access nature of our digital products, all digital product purchases are final and nonrefundable. By completing your purchase, you acknowledge that you receive immediate access to digital content and agree that no refunds, exchanges, or credits will be provided, except where required by law.
Coaching Packages of $2,000 or More
Coaching packages priced at $2,000 or more include a conditional 30-day money-back guarantee. To qualify, you must:
- Request the refund within 30 calendar days of your purchase.
- Complete all lessons, assignments, and action steps required during the first 30 days.
- Attend all scheduled coaching sessions or provide timely notice when rescheduling is necessary.
- Apply the strategies and guidance provided.
- Submit proof showing that you completed and implemented the required work.
- Contact us for support when you experience difficulties instead of waiting until the end of the guarantee period.
This guarantee is based on participation and implementation, not simply satisfaction or lack of results. Failure to complete or provide proof of the required work will make the purchase ineligible for a refund.
Approved refunds will be returned to the original payment method. Processing times may vary depending on your bank, financing provider, or payment processor.
After the first 30 calendar days, coaching fees are nonrefundable.
To request a refund, email info@bossmastermind.com with your full name, purchase information, and proof that you completed and applied the program requirements.
6. Intellectual Property
All content, materials, courses, and resources provided by Boss Mastermind are protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws. Users are granted limited, non-exclusive rights to access and use materials solely for personal, non-commercial purposes.
7. Limitation of Liability
Boss Mastermind provides educational and coaching services. Results may vary, and we make no guarantees regarding specific outcomes or earnings. Users are responsible for implementing strategies and taking action based on their individual circumstances.
8. Privacy and Data Protection
Your privacy is important to us. Please review our Privacy Policy to understand how we collect, use, and protect your personal information.
9. Termination
Either party may terminate services at any time. Upon termination, access to proprietary materials and ongoing support will cease. Refund eligibility is subject to our Refund Policy.
10. Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, United States. Any disputes will be resolved in the courts of Orange County, California.
